I used to think I had everything figured out. A high-powered corporate job, a clear career path, and all the “success” I was supposed to want. But something felt… off.


I was stuck in my head, overanalyzing everything, unsure of my next step. I didn’t need therapy—I needed clarity, direction, and a game plan. That’s when I discovered coaching.


And now, as a holistic life coach (and ex-corporate lawyer who’s been there), I want to clear up the biggest misconception:


Coaching is NOT therapy.


Coaching is like having a judgment-free, solution-focused best friend—someone who listens deeply, helps you untangle your thoughts, and supports you in creating a plan to move forward.

Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing past wounds, coaching is about the now and what’s next.
