I am not someone who believes in rapid changes and instant transformations.

This belief is crucial because it often leads to burnout, which many people experience when they try to do everything simultaneously and strive for perfection in everything they do.

It creates a mentality of running through life, where we expect immediate results without considering the necessary time and effort involved.

While I wholeheartedly agree that we can achieve anything we set our minds to, it is essential to recognize that this doesn’t mean we have to exhaust ourselves in the process.

Meaningful life changes always require time and patience!

This understanding was a significant part of my journey as well.

For many years, I dedicated myself tirelessly to becoming a lawyer. Reaching that goal was not an easy task; it involved countless hours of study, preparation, and perseverance. Achieving that milestone was an important accomplishment for me, but it took an extensive amount of time and commitment—it's certainly not something you can achieve overnight or without substantial effort.

The same principle applied when I made the decision to change careers and pursue my passion as a life coach.

Again, this transition wasn’t instantaneous; rather, it unfolded over time as I invested in myself step by step—developing my framework for coaching while also working through my own limiting beliefs and delving deep into what truly mattered most to me in life.

It's important to understand that such transformations don’t just happen out of nowhere;

You don’t simply wake up one day with the sudden urge to embark on something entirely new without any prior contemplation or groundwork laid out beforehand.

Instead, these decisions stem from profound self-reflection about how you want your life to unfold:

✨ What brings me joy?

✨What ignites the passion within me?

✨What truly motivates me?

And then taking actionable steps based on those insights from there.

For quite some time during my career as a lawyer, I found motivation in that role; however, as my priorities evolved over the years because of different personal experiences and realizations about fulfillment versus obligation—that's when I reached a turning point where I decided enough was enough—

I wanted something different for myself—and so began my journey toward change.

Ultimately, my strongest motivation throughout all these transitions has been rooted deeply in the desire to create a lifestyle from which I did not have to retire from.
