That’s why I created Sailing into Serenity, a unique sailing retreat in Greece this September 2025. The way I see it, this is not just a vacation—it’s a gentle reset for your nervous system, your soul, and your sense of direction. And no, you don’t need to know how to sail. Promise. We have a captain taking care of us.

As a former corporate lawyer turned holistic life coach, I know the exhaustion game all too well. I used to be that person who thought pushing through was a badge of honor.

Disconnection from myself? ✅


It's the fatigue that kicks in, but we don't want to talk about it or admit that maybe we are heading towards a burnout. We often talk about burnout like it’s a dramatic collapse. But more often, it’s subtle. It is:


  • waking up tired every day

  • snapping at people you love

  • feeling numb even in moments that should bring joy

  • wondering, “Is this all there is?”

Why Sailing?


Here’s where the sea comes in. There’s something healing about being on the water. It gently forces you to slow down, unplug, and return to your natural rhythm. You don’t get that kind of pause on a city break or scrolling through self-help posts on your lunch break.
